Just under 9km from Trou-aux-Biches lies the vibrant town of Grand Baie. This hub of tourism in the north of Mauritius is a popular spot for a reason. Here you can get out and explore everything from markets to museums and restaurants to dive centres.
Elsewhere the greater district of Pamplemousses you'll find the enchanting Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden.
