Rooftop The Grill restaurant offers panoramic, seaside views and ocean breezes. The Modern Caribbean theme of the resort’s cuisine at The Grill is simple, locally produced and sustainable. Daily fresh offerings are usually Snapper, Mahi Mahi and local Caribbean spiny lobster. The Grill features the only indoor, wood-fired grill on island, using local, indigenous logwood.
