About
There’s nowhere in the world more magical at Christmas than Lapland, a land of snowy forests, frozen lakes, and twinkling starlit skies. On the Sleigh Bells Ringing experience, your family will step into a picture-perfect winter wonderland where festive dreams come alive. The highlight? A private meeting with Santa Claus in his hidden log cabin deep in the forest. Guided by helpful elves, children will follow snowy trails and discover the man in red waiting to greet them with warmth, wonder, and maybe even a special gift.
But the journey to Santa is just as enchanting as the meeting itself. Based in Lake Jeris, surrounded by the unspoilt beauty of Pallas-Ylläs National Park, this is True Lapland at its finest. Your cosy Finnish log cabin, complete with sauna and wood-burning stove, makes the perfect base after days spent exploring snowy landscapes.
Every moment feels like a Christmas card come to life. Ride behind huskies across glittering tundra, glide through the trees on a reindeer sleigh, or set off on a snowmobile safari. Younger guests can tumble in the deep snow, build snowmen, or bake festive treats while parents soak up the stillness of the Arctic wilderness.
Of course, the star of the holiday remains Santa himself. Meeting him in his Lapland home is a magical experience that families treasure forever. With limited spaces available, this once-in-a-lifetime Christmas adventure is one to book early – because nothing compares to discovering Santa where he truly belongs: in Lapland.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will we be able to give Santa a personal message?
You must visit the ‘My Booking’ section of the Transun website and complete ‘Santa’s Wishlist’ prior to your arrival in resort, no later than five days before your departure day.
Are the excursions and safaris a specified duration?
Lengths given are approximate and can sometime vary dependent on weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. For instance, it may be necessary to curtail husky sledding if temperatures drop to -30 degrees C since the activity may pose a safety risk for the guests and a health risk for the dogs.
What should I wear?
Temperatures can reach as low as -40°C in the winter and so it is imperative that you bring adequate clothing for the weather and take extra care to ensure children are safely warm. We provide a thermal all-in-one snow suit and snow boots on arrival in Lapland, but you should wear multiple underlayers and bring hats, scarves, gloves and plenty of pairs of socks!
Can our group see Santa at the same time?
Santa’s log cabin can fit a maximum of seven people in the cabin at any one time. Please be advised that if your group is larger than this, you may need to split up into smaller groups. If you book your holiday with other families but wish to visit Santa in smaller groups, this must be communicated to us at the time of booking or at least two weeks prior to departure. It will not be possible to arrange upon arrival in resort.
