Considered the signature dish of the nation, Keshi Yena is made up of a large ball of cheese stuffed with spiced meat, capers, onions, olives and tomatoes and baked. The traditional Dutch snack of bitterballen is also a popular dish whilst Oliebollen is the perfect sweet desert. Wash this all down with a taste of the traditional blue Curaçao Liqueur.
