The great thing about staying near the centre of a bustling city is that you don't have to roam far to find mouth-watering food. But that's even more true with the eateries at Century Park Hotel, Bangkok. Here 3 delectable diners offer plates from around the world, as well as La Patisserie where sweet treats are waiting to be sampled.
Restaurants at Elephant Hills
This may be a camp in the middle of the jungle, but you can still expect the finest quality cuisine at the main restaurant. Here your tastebuds will be tingled with mix of Thai and international dishes served by a talented team of chefs.
Restaurants at Le Menara Khao Lak
Meanwhile, at Le Menara Khao Lak you'll be able to sample more international favourites as well as Mediterranean cuisine at the two resort restaurants. Plus, the main restaurant L'Amore dials up the Asian influences throughout the evening with a carefully curated menu of delicious local dishes every evening.
Itinerary
Bangkok - Century Hills Hotel
After arriving in Thailand, your first stop will be the country's vibrant capital Bangkok.
Get out into the streets of the capital and start taking in the sights straight away. Begin at the Grand Palace, a masterpiece of Thai architecture. Marvel at the reclining Buddha at Wat Pho before cruising the Chao Phraya River, soaking in iconic skyline views.
Day two could see you move down to the bustling Chatuchak Market, a shopper's paradise. Relish authentic street eats at Chinatown and embrace the serene ambiance of Lumpini Park.
On your final day in Bangkok, explore the mesmerizing Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. The best part is, this Bangkok escapade is just the beginning of your Thailand multi-centre holiday, promising an enchanting blend of tradition and adventure.
But, before you move on, make sure you take some time to yourself away from the hubbub of Bangkok. The Century Park Hotel roof terrace is the perfect spot for some sequestered indulgence. With a private pool, bar area, chilled garden and stunning views over the city it's the perfect little secret space.
Khao Sok - Elephant Hills
Transfer from the hotel to Elephant Hills Camp in Khao Sok. From here you'll be straight into your adventure with an elephant experience. Enjoy feeding and interacting with these gentle giants in a stunning landscape seemingly untouched by humans. After feeding the animals it'll be time to hit the water by heading out on a canoe safari down the Sok River.
Two completely unique experiences and this is just day 1 in the hills!
On day 2, you'll be back out on the water with a traditional longtail boat ride on Cheow Larn Lake. After lunch you can enjoy some down time at the Lake Camp. Choose to head out and explore more of this verdant oasis from the comfort of your own canoe. Then return to Elephant Hills in the late afternoon.
Your final day in the jungle will see you return to the greenery on foot. Go trekking through Southern Thailand’s unique rainforest environment. On your return to Elephant Hills a delicious buffet lunch will be on offer before you're whisked away to dazzling Le Menara.
Every enchanting day at Elephant Hills ends with an evening of entertainment including movies, presentations, dance performances and cooking shows.
Khao Lak - Le Menara Khao Lak
Rounding off your Thailand multi centre is an enchanting stay on the glittering Andaman Coast.
But your time at Le Menara Khao Lak is much less structured than in the park. Although there won't be any gorgeous elephants roaming around the resort, there will certainly be plenty of opportunities to relax.
The stunning beach spread out in front of you is the perfect spot to grab a tan or make in-road on that holiday read you brought with you. If you prefer a less sandy spot, the 2 resort pools are equally tranquil rest spots - much closer to the bar too!
With a stretch of sand to the front and a verdant landscape the rear, Le Menara does also offer ample adventures. Just 20 minutes from Khao Lak, you can choose to head down and explore the town in more detail. Or stay on site and take advantage of the wide range of leisure options. Try your hand at Thai boxing, yoga or Thai Chi. Learn a new skill with a cooking class.
On the other hand, if all that sounds too much like hard work, why not head down to the Tharn Natee Spa. Thailand is synonymous with soothing massage treatments and techniques, so go and experience them for yourself. A massage table is also a great spot for compartmentalising all the adventures you've just encountered.
