Blue Bay Scoops Top Online Agency Honours At The TTG Top 50 Awards 2024
Ahem… You’re now addressing the Best Online Agency in the UK! We attended the recent TTG Top 50 Awards 2024 and returned home with the gold.
You’ve heard it here first, we are now the Top Online Agency in the UK, after scooping the title at the TTG Top 50 Awards 2024.
Our team travelled to Manchester recently for the illustrious TTG Awards and came home with the big prize. And, after years of trying, we have to say that this win feels pretty sweet.
But, to give you a little more context, what are the Top 50 Awards? And what does this all mean?
What Are the TTG Top 50 Awards 2024?
The TTG Top 50 is an awards evening designed by TTG Media to recognise the top 50 travel agencies in the country. In their own words, the evening aims to “reward exceptional customer service and expertise, while recognising the extraordinary lengths agents have gone to through this last year.”
Award categories range from local high street accolades to nationwide recognition for companies specialising in specific agency models.
The glitzy awards evening takes place in April and this year It moved from it’s regular home in London to Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse. Over 600 of the industry’s leading names attended the awards and Manchester United legend Andy Cole even showed greeted guests. Once inside, it’s fancy food, delicious drinks and a stunning performance from the iconic Ellie Sax.
So, how and what did we win?
What Did We Win?
We scooped the national Top Online Agency. That will go nicely with our British Travel Awards!
To claim the honour, an esteemed panel of more than 40 supplier partners rated our customer service, expertise, team culture, and sales growth. The top five rated agencies were then shortlisted for the evening.
Winning this accolade is an incredible achievement. But it’s that exciting selection process which makes it even sweeter. It means that respected industry professionals have reviewed our processes and found them to be the best in the country. We’ll absolutely take that!
What Do We Get For Winning?
Aside from a super swish trophy, as modelled by our glamorous CEO Alistair Rowland below, there are perks to being recognised in the TTG Top 50. The selection process and associated rewards have been updated since the 2023 instalment.
