Blue Bay Travel have started 2021 by launching the Chairman’s Club, aimed at rewarding returning customers.
As the travel industry continues to come to terms with the impact of the coronavirus on international movement, we’re aiming to give something back to our most loyal customers.
The new scheme, launched in early 2021, will give our customers the chance to earn exclusive rewards, discounts and merchandise just by booking holidays.
From the man himself
Our Chairman’s Club is the brainchild of Blue Bay Founder and Chairman Stuart Wilson, he said of the new initiative:
“For a long time now I’ve readily been on hand to VIP clients either talking to them on email, messenger or phone calls. As the business has grown, I’ve found myself spending more and more time with our VIPs. Now, with the appointment of Alistair Rowland as the company CEO, I finally have the chance to fully commit my time to our best clients.”
If you’ve earned enough points, you’ll have already received your welcome email from us confirming your level and benefits.
Once inside the Club you can accrue points as you book your breaks. Earn ten points every time you book and a bonus ten points for every £1,000 spent. Meaning if you book a £3,000 Barbados break, you’ll rack up 40 points.
However, it’s not just discounts and treats up for grabs. Customers can also work their way up the internal hierarchy of the club to bag even more rewards with every point they pocket.
Moving on up
The Chairman’s Club is comprised of three tiers, Blue, Silver and Gold. The entry level for VIPs is Blue level and access comes with its own slew of benefits. From exclusive early access to new destinations, resorts, competitions and advanced warning of sales, through to 30% off airport lounge access and a priority phone line so any questions, queries or bookings can be handled tout suite.
Blue level VIPs can move up to Silver membership where bonuses like official Blue Bay merchandise, 40% discount on airport lounge access and 30% off airport parking are available. The best of the best can then move up to Gold level.
At the top of the Chairman’s Club pyramid the treats keep coming. In addition to all the goodies collected thus far, the airport parking discount is upgraded to 40% and there’s a whopping 50% off airport lounge access. You’ll also receive the true VIP experience of having your own Personal Travel Advisor delivering a completely bespoke service throughout, and after, your booking process.
