How Our Price Match Works
We’re always keeping an eye on prices across the travel industry to make sure you’re getting unbeatable value. But if, within 24 hours of booking, you find your holiday available at a lower price with another ABTA Bonded Tour Operator holding an ATOL licence, just show us a genuine written quote for the identical package and we’ll match it.
If we’re unable to match the price, we’ll offer a full refund of all monies paid and cancel your booking – no hard feelings, no hassle.
What Qualifies for the Price Match
To make sure everything’s fair, your holiday quote must match the following details exactly:
- Destination
- Number of passengers
- Accommodation, room type & board basis
- Departure date and duration
- Flights and airline
- All included extras, such as car hire, car size, and insurance
This guarantee applies to package holidays only and doesn’t include special offers, free child places, travel agent–specific promotions, group discounts, free add-ons, insurance premiums, or credit card surcharges.
