After coming through the trials and tribulations of the last couple of years and trading strongly throughout the pandemic, we’re now in a position to grow again. But, this time, we’re looking outside of the industry for incredible talent with our Recruitment Day and training programmes in place to bring candidates up to speed.

While many travel businesses struggled during the Covid-19 pandemic, we were busy bolstering our numbers, completing bookings, and investing in our business. All that good work now means we’re in the enviable position to be able to grow exponentially as travel reopens across the world.

Following the recent success of our New to Travel Sale Recruitment Day, we now have a number of opportunities available across our Trentham-based Sales, Customer Service, Administration, Operations, Product and Promotions Teams.

What is the Recruitment Day?

We will be holding our Recruitment Day on 26th July .

This day is aimed at anyone in Stoke-on-Trent who’s been looking for the perfect opportunity to change their future for a sunnier one in the travel industry.

On the big day, representatives from across those business areas will be in attendance to talk to prospective Blue Bay family members about all things BBT, the industry, and what a career in travel looks like.
