Jenny Hall

Personal Travel Advisor

From my first holiday in Spain aged 8 I was hooked and knew that all I wanted to be was a travel agent. Travel is in my soul, my passion, my true love and it’s taken me all over the world. I have snorkelled with whales, sharks & manta rays, tubed down the Mekong river surrounded by blankets of multi-coloured butterflies, and biked through Anchor Watt at sunrise and let its ancient magic unfold all around me. This list is endless and my experiences only help me give the best inspiration to anyone looking for their own perfect holiday.

Creating and making people's dreams come true is a fantastic job to have. Why? Because one of the most amazing feelings is when your customer comes back from their holiday buzzing with excitement and tells you what a fantastic time they had and it was me that made it happen.

In a nutshell.

  • Describe yourself in three words: Friendly, Caring, Adventurous
  • Catchphrase: "Can we have a Whoop Whoop you have just booked holiday" - I do actually get the whoop whoop
  • Likes: Teaching my parrot Taboo new tricks and phrases. We're partial to a little boogie and have been known to have a little dance off together too!
  • Hidden talent: Street Dance with and without a crew and Advanced PADI Dive Certified
  • Lesser-known fact about you: I did a tandem skydive from 30,000 ft. 40 years to the day and same place as my Dad did his first jump. He was in a skydive team for 30 years. I was meant to do it on my 18th Birthday but bottled it for 10 years. Got there in the end!
  • Best feeling in the world: Stepping out of arrivals on foreign soil knowing my holiday adventure has just started.
  • Favourite snack: Sushi
  • What type of hat best describes your personality: Big, bold and brightly coloured
  • If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why: Teleportation - Mexico, Hawaii and Japan in my lunch break, just perfect!
  • Best holiday you’ve ever had: My Honeymoon — The furthest my husband had been was Tenerife so my Asia and Indonesia adventure blew him away, as did the view from the top of the Menara Kuala Lumpur Tower. We were lucky it was a clear day so we got the most spectacular view of the city. We explored The Batu Caves, took a boat trip along Selangor River, saw monkeys at Umbud Monkey forest and so much more!
