Before We Finalise Your Booking
Before we finalise your holiday booking, I’d like to provide you with some important information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
- Package Details & Protection: You’re booking a package holiday. This means you’ll benefit from the consumer rights and financial protection provided under UK Package Travel Regulations. Your ATOL certificate will be emailed to you right after booking.
- Lead Passenger Responsibility: As the lead passenger, you’ll be responsible for the booking. For security and data protection, we can only discuss booking details with you.
- Passport & Visa Requirements: Please ensure that all travelers have a valid UK biometric or e-passport with at least 6 months of validity from your return date and two blank pages. Also, check if any visas are required for your destination.
- Health & Insurance: We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider regarding any travel health requirements and securing adequate travel insurance from the time of booking to cover your trip.
- Special Assistance & Dietary Needs: If anyone in your party requires special assistance or has specific dietary needs, please let us know now so we can cater to your requirements. It’s crucial to inform us of any changes as soon as possible. We’ll provide a link on your booking documents for our special assistance form, which should be completed at least 72 hours before departure due to availability.
- Travel Advice & COVID-19 Protocols: For the latest travel advice, entry requirements, and COVID-19 guidelines for your destination and any transit points, please check the Foreign & Commonwealth Office’s website. A link will be provided in your booking documents, where you can also sign up for travel alerts to stay updated.
- Seat Reservations: In-flight seat reservations are not included unless stated. You can book seats directly with the airline via the link in your booking documents. Most airlines allow seat selection 4-6 weeks prior to departure, once your flights are ticketed and the holiday is paid in full. Please note that seat requests are subject to availability and the airline may charge for this service.
- Payment Details: Your balance is due 14 weeks before departure. Tickets will be emailed 7-14 days before you travel. If you’ve arranged a different payment date, please note that you’ll still receive system-generated reminders.
- Post-Booking Support: For any queries after booking, contact our Customer Service Team at 01782 647248 or email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 72 hours. For payments, you can log onto manage your booking here to make payments and view your booking.
- Climate Action: We’re partnering with Ecology to plant a tree for every passenger we book. If you’d like to join us in supporting climate action, you can contribute through our website. More details will be included in your paperwork.
