Before We Finalise Your Cruise Booking

Before we confirm your Cruise package holiday, here’s some important information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

  • Package Details & Protection: You’re booking a package holiday. This means you’ll benefit from the consumer rights and financial protection provided under UK Package Travel Regulations. Your ATOL certificate will be emailed to you right after booking.
  • Lead Passenger Responsibility: As the lead passenger, you are fully responsible for the booking. For data protection purposes, we can only discuss the booking details with you.
  • Passport & Visa Requirements: Ensure that all passengers have a valid UK biometric or e-passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date, along with two blank pages. Please also check for any relevant visas for your destinations.
  • Health & Insurance: We recommend checking with your healthcare provider regarding up-to-date health requirements and securing adequate travel insurance from the point of booking.
  • Special Assistance & Dietary Needs: If anyone in your party requires special assistance or has specific dietary needs, please let us know during the booking process. It’s important to communicate any changes in these requirements as soon as possible. We’ll provide a link in your booking documents for our special assistance form, which should be completed at least 72 hours before departure.
  • Travel Advice & COVID-19 Protocols: For the latest travel advice, entry requirements, and COVID-19 protocols for your destinations (including those visited while onboard), please visit the Foreign & Commonwealth Office’s website. A link will be provided in your booking documents, where you can also sign up for travel alerts.
  • Payment Details & Passenger Information: Your balance is due 17 weeks before departure. E-tickets will be emailed 7-14 days prior to travel. Please ensure that any required advanced passenger information for your cruise line is completed within the advised timeframe.
  • Post-Booking Support: For any queries after booking, contact our Customer Service Team at 01782 647248 or email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 72 hours. For payments, you can log onto manage your booking here to make payments and view your booking.
  • Climate Action: In partnership with Ecology, Blue Bay Travel will plant a tree for every passenger booked. If you’d like to contribute to climate action, you can do so via our website. More details will be provided in your paperwork.
