Blue Bay Bags a Big Win at the British Travel Awards 2023

We came, we saw, we won. It was another golden night for Blue Bay Travel at the British Travel Awards 2023 as we backed up multiple wins in 2022 with another 5 honours this year – 3x gold and 2x silver. Thank you to everyone who voted! We did it again!

Thanks to your incredible support, you’re now looking at back-to-back winners of coveted British Travel Awards (BTAs).

That’s right, after months of your votes we scooped multiple successes at the British Travel Awards 2023. That’s multiple successes for the second year on the bounce. This victory takes our BTA count to 9 gongs in 2 years.

What categories were we nominated in at the British Travel Awards 2023?

At the glitzy ceremony in Hammersmith, West London we were up for 5 categories (listed below). And after a return of 4 gold last time out, we were under pressure to deliver more silverware.

• Best Travel Company to the Indian Ocean
• Best Travel Company to the Caribbean/Central America
• Best Travel Company to South East Asia
• Best Travel Company for All-Inclusive Holidays
• Best Online/Call Centre Travel Retailer

Luckily, we have the best customers in the world and you came up trumps again. We took honours in all 5 of those nominated categories with 3 golds and 2 silvers.

What categories did we win gold in?

Our 3 top prizes came in these categories:

• Best Travel Company to the Caribbean/Central America
• Best Travel Company to South East Asia
• Best Travel Company for All-Inclusive Holidays

Thanks to your votes, we were able to beat out stiff competition from the likes of Kenwood Travel, Tropical Sky, Mercury Holidays and Destinology to become the leading provider of Caribbean, South East Asia and All-Inclusive escapes (for our size) in the UK.

But the successes didn’t end there as we scooped the silver for Best Online/Call Centre Retailer and Best Travel Company to the Indian Ocean.

But this incredible triple was not our only win in November. We recently announced that we also enjoyed our best trading week ever.
