I wanted to work in travel because of how rewarding it is to see people through their journey to their once-in-a-lifetime holidays! It's also great to learn about new places & destinations to travel to in the future. Working in customer service, specifically, is amazing as you get the chance to help people with all their queries while making their journey with Blue Bay as smooth as possible.
