I studied travel and tourism for 2 years at Newcastle-under-Lyme College and found it really enjoyable and interesting. This is my first time working in the travel industry, however, it has always been something that I’ve been passionate about and wanted to do career-wise. I love travelling, experiencing different cultures and seeing amazing attractions. So, when I found out I got a customer service role at Blue Bay Travel I was over the moon to know that I can help customers throughout their holiday journey and give them the best experience.
