You can get stuck in anywhere you like by becoming a Self-employed Blue Bay Travel Homeworker. If you’re an experienced travel Industry professional with your own client base, then this is the role for you

How it works
  • You’ll be able to sell Blue Bays exclusive, market leading deals, frequently featured on established platforms such as Travelzoo, Secret Escapes and Holiday Pirates
  • In addition, you’ll have access to a plethora of other tour operators to meet your clients needs
  • Coupled with Industry-leading commercial terms via Mid Counties Cooperative, and ABTA & ATOL protection
  • We’ll pay 65% commission on your own leads
  • But you’ll get access to our customer base, too, receiving 25% commission on anything sold to them
  • We’ll pay 50% of your commission upfront, to tide you over during those tougher months
  • All of this for the low cost of just £99 per month, including all the support you need, 7 days a week

  • A confident, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic telephone manner

Educationals/Familiarisation trips, or loosely called "fam" trips can be a great learning tool for travel professionals. There is no better way of learning about a destination than experiencing it for yourself. We encourage all our colleagues to experience as many different countries as possible to ensure that as a business we are constantly expanding our knowledge base. Educationals do usually involve a lot of hard work, but can be extremely rewarding and worthwhile and an awful lot of fun.
