Clothes for Cash

The Blue Bay Team dug deep in their wardrobes to find unwanted clothes and shoes that were used to make some extra dollar for Reuben’s Retreat. The pre-Christmas clearout created a heap of items that were shipped off and magically transformed into cash. Quite literally. A big win for all! Take a peek at our clothes mountain escapades here.

Reuben’s Retreat Open Day

Reuben’s Retreat hosted a series of open days to launch their shiny new lodge and to raise a few extra pennies in the process. Finest Playa Mujeres Charity Auction

In partnership with our friends at The Excellence Group, we auctioned off a 7 night all inclusive stay for 2 adults at the brand new Finest Playa Mujeres in Mexico. The lucky winner was Lee Roberts, and you can read his reaction here.

The Wolf Run

The Wolf Run is a cross country race that likes to fight back, with mud-baths, lakes, and grand obstacles spread over a hardcore 10k circuit. It required a stalwart spirit and a steadfast resolve, but we valiantly emerged victorious.

Dragon Boat

The Dragon Boat Race saw us conquer the water in a boat‐on‐boat battle for aquatic supremacy. It took a level head and shoulders of steel to master this discipline, but onwards we rowed against all the odds.

Give Up Something For Reuben

In the name of Reuben's Retreat we gave up our favourite things for 40 days and 40 nights, with sacrifices including chocolate, sweets, cakes, crisps, take-aways, coffee, wine, and even meat. You can read about our tribulations here.
