What you'll get up to
  • Loading and maintaining hotel contracts
  • Inputting hotel room costs into the system
  • Checking for accuracy
  • Ensuring the sales and marketing teams are aware of all offers so that they may be advertised and sold to customers
  • Monitoring hotel availability
  • Processing hotel reservations in an accurate and timely manner
  • At all times maximising and maintaining company profit
  • Liaising with Hotels, Suppliers and Colleagues in other teams, whilst displaying excellent Customer Service and providing accurate information in a timely manner
  • Working alone, and/or as a team, towards deadlines

Salary & benefits


  • Starting salary £15,600
  • Salary increase based on service and personal progression up to £18,000
  • 20 days holiday, rising to 24 with service

Educationals/Familiarisation trips, or loosely called "fam" trips can be a great learning tool for travel professionals. There is no better way of learning about a destination than experiencing it for yourself.
