Contracts Agent

The role of a Contracts Agent is a non-selling, yet integral role, focused on maintaining the company's in-house hotel pricing system.

Must Haves
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Unflinching attention to detail
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Experience of data entry
  • Have a high level of planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A Travel Agency and/or administrative background would be advantageous
What you'll get up to
  • Data entry- Loading and amending hotel prices via an online system. Also creating stop sales when room categories sell out
  • Monitoring and checking hotel prices for accuracy
  • Processing hotel reservations, amendments and cancellations
  • Product knowledge - actively seeking information about the hotels which we feature and distributing to the relevant departments
  • Communicating tactical offer information to the relevant departments

Salary & benefits


  • Starting salary £16,300
  • Salary increase based on service and personal progression up to £19,000
  • 20 days holiday, rising to 24 with service

Working hours

40 hours per week. Shifts are predominantly Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and every third weekend

Educational Trips.


Educationals/Familiarisation trips, or loosely called "fam" trips can be a great learning tool for travel professionals. There is no better way of learning about a destination than experiencing it for yourself.
