You might remember that Gemma, our Operations Manager, was named one of ‘Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders’ by TTG (Travel Trade Gazette). Since then Gemma has gone from strength to strength, and recently she made a short video that has just been featured on Future Travel Leaders TV!

We wanted to share some fantastic news with you all that we were greeted with last week; we'd been sworn to secrecy until now so I've been dying to blurt it out. Our Gemma (Ops Manager) has been named one of Tomorrow's Travel Leaders and one of the 30 highest fliers in travel! Woo hoo for Gemma!

We recently had a little surprise visit from Leah and Amanda at Sandals who very kindly brought along a plethora of cupcakes for us all to enjoy for winning the Sandals Weddings Cupcake Incentive. The team and I were lucky enough to be invited to the Global Travel Group Conference this year in Leicester. The highlight of the conference for us was Blue Bay Travel cleaning up at the awards ceremony; taking home an amazing four awards!
